Bruce Willis and Demi Moore's youngest daughter, Tallulah, tied the knot with musician Justin Acee in an intimate Idaho wedding, a family milestone that comes as the action star continues his battle with frontotemporal dementia.
Tallulah Willis, 32, married Acee in Sun Valley, Idaho, on Saturday, walking down the aisle in a custom-made strapless Balenciaga gown crafted from silk satin with a draped train bustled with a bow, Page Six reported. The couple obtained their marriage license at the Blaine County Courthouse in Hailey, Idaho, a small mountain town about a dozen miles south of the resort community where the ceremony took place.
The wedding caps a relationship that began in January 2023 and an engagement announced in December 2024. Acee, a former drummer for the band Made Violent who now releases music under the name NIGHTIES, proposed by filling a room with candles and scattering rose petals. In footage Tallulah shared on Instagram, Acee could be heard saying off-camera after the proposal:
"We did it, it was a team effort."
Tallulah's older sister Scout Willis, 35, posted a photo on Instagram Stories on Aug. 4 showing the couple holding their marriage license. Her caption was simple: "My angels got their marriage license."
Eldest sister Rumer Willis, 37, left a longer comment on Tallulah's engagement post months earlier, calling the relationship "the most beautiful love to witness and watch grow." She added warmth toward her new brother-in-law:
"Justin I'm so lucky I get to call you my brother. Baby Lula my gift my queen my heart is so full. Obsessed with you both."
Emma Heming Willis, the sisters' stepmother, responded to the engagement post with a pair of red heart emojis.
At the courthouse to pick up the license, Acee dressed casually in black jeans and a blue flannel shirt, fitting for the laid-back Idaho setting. The Balenciaga gown Tallulah wore for the ceremony itself stood in sharp contrast, a detail first published by Vogue.
The celebration carries an unavoidable weight. Bruce Willis, 71, the "Die Hard" star and Tallulah's father, has been battling frontotemporal dementia since 2022. The degenerative brain condition has no cure and progressively affects speech, behavior, and personality.
Tallulah shared photos in June 2024 of herself and Acee spending time with her father, offering a glimpse of the family drawing close during a difficult chapter. Whether Bruce Willis attended Saturday's ceremony was not reported.
In March, Demi Moore, who was married to Bruce Willis from 1987 to 2000, celebrated his birthday by posting new photos of him holding three-year-old granddaughter Louetta. Moore, 63, captioned the post: "All you need is LOVE. Happy birthday, BW!"
The former couple's continued closeness, decades after their divorce, has been one of the more quietly admirable family stories in Hollywood.
