Report: Pam Bondi Has A 'Slam Dunk' Case Against Obama's Feds

Attorney General Pam Bondi is being urged to treat alleged political lawfare like an organized-crime case — and a retired FBI agent says the evidence is already sitting on the table, Just the News reported.

Retired FBI agent and former Navy SEAL Jonathan Gilliam says Attorney General Pam Bondi is holding what he calls a “slam dunk” conspiracy case against former federal agents and prosecutors he alleges targeted Donald Trump for political reasons.

Speaking on the Just the News, No Noise television show, Gilliam tied his claims to documents he said Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel turned over to Congress, arguing the material points to both aggressive pursuit of Trump and protection for prominent Democrats.

Gilliam’s core allegation is simple but explosive: that former agents and prosecutors “relentlessly” pursued Trump while shielding Hillary Clinton “in the face of damning evidence,” turning law enforcement into a political instrument instead of a neutral referee.

Claims Center On Documents Shared With Congress

Gilliam said the documents show FBI agents were “repeatedly thwarted” when they tried to pursue corruption allegations involving Clinton and her family foundation.

“It's the same cast of characters every time,” Gilliam said, arguing that recurring names across separate matters are the telltale sign of something bigger than ordinary bureaucratic failure.

That claim, if true, would land like a brick on the scale of justice: one set of rules for the politically connected, another for everyone else, all while the public is told to trust “the process.”

Allegations Of Pressure And Evidence Manipulation

The story also states that FBI agents were overruled when they told prosecutors there was no probable cause to raid Trump’s home in Florida.

Gilliam alleged there was “a tremendous amount of evidence” that people were trying to create and falsify evidence to pursue Trump.

“We had a tremendous amount of evidence that they were trying to create evidence and falsify evidence to go after Trump. Now we see that they're trying to stop investigations and get rid of real evidence for the purpose of protecting the Clintons,” Gilliam said.

A Push For Bigger Charges And Bigger Structure

Gilliam argued that the conduct he described could support more sweeping allegations than routine misconduct, including conspiracy aimed at overturning election outcomes.

“I think this really does lead to bigger charges such as conspiracy to overthrow an election, I would say, potentially treason, if you could put that in there, but definitely sedition,” Gilliam said.

Those are heavyweight words, and they deserve heavyweight proof — but Gilliam’s point is that the pattern he sees is not random error; it is an alleged mission.

“Mafia Case” Framing And A Repeat-Players Theory

Gilliam suggested investigators look at the accused key players the way prosecutors would approach a drug cartel or mafia family, implying an enterprise-style theory that links separate actions into one coordinated scheme.

“This is a group of people that continue to come up in one case of building cases against Trump, falsifying information. But now it shows that the same people were conspiring to do a second overall crime, or second conspiracy to protect the political candidate that they agree with,” Gilliam said.

“I mean, honestly, if this was a mafia case, and we had this clear-cut of an example of a group of people committing two or more crimes for the furtherance of their political group or their enterprise. This would be a slam dunk case for any US Attorney. So I think this is something that they should look at,” he added.
